He's basically talking to someone who became a star (someone who died) and is remembering his life together with that person good memories,promises, and regrets. He also states how there is no god since it was god who allowed that person to die. He wishes to be with that person again and would even give up god if he could be reunited with them, but knowing that that his wish can't be he will somehow be alright as long as he can see them as a star.

I think, that in this video, Miyavi is trying to let in a little light on who he is as a person.
