Its not about being better than anybody or showing off. Its about self-mastery and discipline, pushing yourself to the extreme and reaping the results you deserve. The only person you should be worried about "beating" in bodybuilding is yourself

Question: Would You guys recommend me taking creatine when working out @ the gym (a bunch of weights + treadmills mostly). The twist is that I have pretty big muscles its just that Ive got a bunch of fat covering most of them too. I currently weigh around 93 kg (205 lbs). Dont get it wrong, its not all fat, most people dont believe my weight is over 80 kg (175 lbs).

However,would you recommend me taking creatine before/after workout or will i just end up getting bigger both muscle and fat wise?
