Good hit man, your on your way. I would reccommend you watch this "Team Super Training: Louie on Box Squatting" for the form you want on bow squats. Type it in on the search bar, it has made a HUGE difference in my squat and I think will help yours.
I apprt. the insight man... My hips and hams are to week and hopefully thid will help.. Thanks again and I will def. check that out! Big and Strong!!!
Sure thing bro, always glad to help out! Louie had taught me so many things over the past few months that training has never been better, his Westside DVD is incredible for learning about the conjugate system. ALOT of science involved and very calculated, the best way to do it! Keep at it and stay strong.
I was never a fan of sitting down like that with weight on my back. Just feels like too much pressure on my lower back. I never knew the purpose of that, especially when I am doing reps. I use the box as a guide. I touch it, and then go right back up with the weight.
Dale, start flarring the knees more, then hips back. The knees need to flare more, rather than flex forward. Very difficult thing to get used to, took me a long time to get it down, but you will. Push those knees out!!!!!!

Nice work Dale. One thing:
