According to the top-secret document entitled “Outline of International Propaganda Operations,” the section held 300 press conferences in Hankou between Dec 1, 1937 and Oct 24, 1938. About 35 foreign journalists and diplomats attended there. However, they didn’t deliver any statement over the Nanking. The massacre was a true story?
