@kogiogi its doesn't have the exact features cause the hmta1 can take photo's the flip can't and the hmta1 records in 1080p and the flip records in 720p
Quick Question! Does it have auto focus while in video recording mode? as no websites seem to specify this. CNET say "The lens is a fixed-focus affair."
@SoftwareTutorial CNET is actually telling some of the truth, but the camera takes a long time to use auto focus. Say you take an object and place up close to the camera. It might take a while for it to focus, but it will definitely have a clear picture. Hope this helped :)
@kogiogi Sorry for this, but would you be able to make a very short test video showing the focus (in 1080p)? Just like focusing into small objects and back. This is very important as I do hardware reviews. If you do I will greatly appreciate it :)
you can use it as a webcam with any software? or you can ONLY use it in skype?
does it have MACRO for closer images? and you can turn the light on when you want it, or it turns on automatically? thank you!

@McSaibot you're right, but it technically is because it has the same design and functions of a flip

@kogiogi So it does actually have autofocus during recording?
SoftwareTutorial 1 year ago
@SoftwareTutorial yes, but it takes a while

@kogiogi What would you consider a "while" 1sec? 3 secs? 5 Secs? Sorry for the interrogation I just need to know before I purchase it :P

@SoftwareTutorial when I mean by a while, I mean like around 7-10 sec. I think that timespan fits in the category of a "while"
