when i listened this , it made me honestly to weep for hours and reminded me an era prior 1989 , how people used to live in the valley in a peaceful atmosphere and how strong were bonds of communal harmony, brotherhood and love among the different sections of the society. This was a desire of Almighty, so happened, . we too love our Muslim brethren a lot as they love us and I wish that we all will again be together and must pray for it .

Majority of KMs represent the feelings described in this song and so do majority of KPs but unfortunately ground conditions are vastly different. It is no longer in the hands of either KMs or KPs. Several countries are working in Kashmir with money and power. to change its character to their advantage. KMs themselves are fighting with each other for narrow self interests that will ultimately destroy its beauty, social milieu and cultural ethos. So I am less hopeful of a resurgent future.

Dear brothers Razdan and Vinod. I get crazy when I think of younger Pandit generation (born after migration). For them being of Kashmiri origin must be a story only. Though lot of waters have flown down Jehlem during last 22 years, I still believe that it is not yet too late. @mabid621 Dear brother plz don't provoke hatred. We both the communities have suffered a lot, it was unfortunate for KP migration to take place in the first instance. And being afraid of KPs competing with your employment opportunities means that we don't have confidence in ourselves, No man don't say like that, AlhamduLillah we are competent enough and I believe with KP's back the standard of education in our Valley will further improve and our younger generation will be more competitive .

I'm a KP...Even recently, my family went to kashmir only to be harassed by their "neighbours." And the only people who loose their cultural, linguistic and ethnic identity in Kashmir situation are us Pandits. Our ancestor Kashyap Reshi(after whom Kashmir has been named) must be heartbroken. I want Kashmir to become Azaad so that KMs (who loved pakistan in 1990) get a taste of the real pakistan..and yes, azaadi will be same as being part of pakistan. I guess it is called KARMA:)
