Put sticks or wood on the floor then put the trigger before it and link it to the thinkg you want to fall. But make sure there is a drop under the wood. If you know what i mean... :/

is it also possible to break theese objects by just touching them. for example I ride over it as im passing the loop and then when I touch them the second time they should break as I fly through them. I hope you understand my english and what I was trying to ask...

how do you make it so that things fall over after you go over em?

You do the same thing on you just put the trigger onto the thing you want to fall over just rotate it. Like

put a log on its side then place the trigger in the place so when u you go through it the log will fall. Then put the physics on the trigger and link it to the log :D
