The song is "Inori~You Raise Me Up". The Japanese version is the theme to "Romeo x Juliet" and it's performed by Lena Park in both Japanese and English (the latter of which you may know thanks to Josh Groban from a few years ago).

I rekeyed the Lena Park instrumental to sing it in the Groban range since my range is close to his, so it'll sound a little different than the Lena Park version.
