Hey, just wondering, what are the chances that machine can do hand cut dovetails? slim to none, I thought so. Don't get me wrong, I route dovetails all the time but sometimes you get a customer that demands some or all of the aspects of the job done by hand and a robot will never be able to do that! Happy programming:)
Hey, I was just being sarcastic, after all who wouldn't want to sit behind a desk pushing a pencil and plugging away at a computer designing and programming robots making bucket loads of money. As a master carpenter they only paid me 1/2 a bucket load of money , just a little more then McDonalds but wait they give benefits. It's a shame that great tradesman only make slightly more than a fast food worker out of high school. That's only if you are working for someone, luckily I am independant.
That is really sweet! It reminds me when my father taught me how to make furniture, I would say, " can't we automate this system?" It's cool to see someone take the manual labor out of woodworking. Programming the robot is where it's at!
@Cambria0001 You walk into work one day and your boss tells you you're fired because they now have a robot to do your job. Wouldn't that be cool? Unemployment is where it's at.
