@Real4Bas No, you can only call other skype users connected to WiFi unless you download skype onto a phone. You can also add money to your skype account to call mobile phones.

How Do I Set Up Bluetooth headset?

@AmebaPicoForever You can only use blutooth on the 2nd gen and higher. The 1st gen doesnt have that. If u do hav a second gen or higher, go to settings>bluetooth> turn it on and put ur blutooth device in pairing mode. The ipod should detect it. It has to be a stereo bluetooth device, not a phone headset.
