This actually was a song written by comedians not just as propaganda, but as a morale booster for the troops. It was a drinking song of sorts to give them something to laugh about.

And Disney wasn't the only ones doing this at the time; Looney Tunes had their share of cartoons like it, and even Dr. Seuss had a few books like "Horton Hears A Hitler"
