Looks legit, well legit-in development. From what I get, seeing as his father supposedly works for a game making company and he found this unmarked disk, it's most likely it's a beta version of a game that never saw the light of day. This would also explain the updated graphics, but the NES sounds (aka the new music/sounds were not complete yet).

Original audio? Really? That's enough right there to prove it's fake. What self-respecting developer re-makes a game with improved graphics, but the same audio from the 8-bit NES days? That'd just be lazy. Plus, the gameplay looks just as crappy as before. Not smooth at all.

From what I gather, it's a beta version which would make sense that it used the NES audio, because it wasn't implemented yet, and it never will be because this game never saw the light of day. Regardless, there was something being shown on his TV which means what he filmed did exist in some form.

@andrezlatin The Beta Version of Wii Play included a Section that involves Shooting Ducks. The Final Version removed probably similar to Duck Hunt but still added Ducks in the other Sections as "Bonus" Points.

So, it's already fake since no information was given of this Game for years. Just with a Comment and Bad Camera Quality, not enough to believe is Real.

Plus, the Dog stays "STILL" with the Duck, even as a Beta, not good. Makes sense for WiiWare but not "Wii", Duck Hunt offering, not a lot.

this doesn't look official, looks more like a game some college students made. The fact that the sounds the exact same from the 8-bit version, and the title screen uses the same art as New Mario Bros for DS just convinces me that this is not an official game.

This is an elaborate hoax. Notice how it uses twenty year old sounds clips and almost no animation. There's no HUD, and the general presentation feels fake. If a real game was this early in development, I doubt it would just be sitting on some guy's desk.
