I was at this game. THE BEST FOOTBALL GAME EVER! Not because App won but because it was a great game. I will be at Death Valley.
App has there work cut out for them. Edwards will bring his game, but trust me, watch out for Banks and the young defense. Everyone talks about the speed of App's offense. Good luck young LSU QB, App's Seniors, Juniors, Sophomores, and Freshman, is going to have a field day. LSU might just have a bad day!

App State didn't really make the Big 10 look bad, they just played better than Mich. I, being a Buckeye fan, enjoyed every moment of it though! And don't forget, it's possible, well, more than likely, that Michigan will have a below .500 season this coming year! Michigan sucks, OH!!!!

Titanicman, Michigan doesn't suck when it comes to playing the SEC. I should know. Unlike OSU, Michigan has done well against the SEC. OSU has done miserably in two sports when it mattered most. In the last 3 national title games OSU played in in basketball and football, the Buckeyes are 0-3. 41-14. 38-24. Now, I don't like Michigan as much as the next guy. Congrats on getting that far the past 2 years. BUT, OSU might lose to an SEC team in the nat. champ. game again. Go ahead and give me a -1.

App State also had some major weapons on that team. Dexter Jackson isn't a great receiver, but when he got the ball he just smoked everyone whether they were wearing white or blue.
Michigan needed to execute, that what a high ranked team and the best pro teams do. You get a gameplan, build your team around it, and you do it.

FYI - the guy who blocked it was no dumbass on the field or in the classroom. He blocked quite a number of punts and intercepted a lot of passes in his career at App...and graduated with a degree in physics.

Indeed...it was a bad day! All the D1 fans fail to recognize App. State is a very good football team. They could have easily beaten 75-80% of D1 schools. But Michigan will have to take the black eye on this one for a while. LSU opens '08 season against them, the National Champs, let's just see how they handle them. I'm obviously a Buckeye fan but OSU and scUM were both at least a little over-rated this year. (OSU being the little) A #5 rank for Michigan was WAY too high after they lost, I think everybody on defense.
