@Caron3Butler FOOL what did 2pac do to you nigga, 2pac is a sellout illumanitti bitch, that guy has killed more black people than you think, hip hop leaves you in a state of perpetual childhood, so let go of your god being, and think critically, hip hop has destroy many, and has never addressed manhood!!! #realtalk
@acerza89 Oh man, not another kid yelling Illuminati. Never did I say Tupac was my "god being". And may I ask you, how do you know what Tupac has done? Do you know him? Have you ever spoken to him? You base your judgments over something you heard on Youtube, kinda like the whole "Illuminati" bull shit. Hip-hop has destroyed many, but MADE many, just like everything else in the world.
"Use your brain. USE YOUR BRAIN!!. it's not them whose killing us, it's US whose killing us."
I have a ton more respect for Dave. I always loved him as a comedian, and Id treat him with respect if I saw him in person before these videos. But now that Ive seen these videos, its sort of weird that you feel that his true character shines in his comedy. Yea he jokes about controversial stuff, yet this stuff in a basic sense, is absurd and silly (like hate from skin color) but because people have suffered, been segregated, even killed, it becomes a serious matter. Dave is a strong person.
down right fucking amazing, people are people. at his best he remains a person. love him, thank god he uses his head. i knew he'd be back and i also called the bullshit, when every one was talkin shit on him while he was in another "room"
disregard haters, acquire currency. keep it up brother....
I was always a fan of of Dave Chappelle, the comedian, and like most people I thought he was crazy turning down that 50 mil deal. After watching this I admire him as a person. I can see why he walked away from that deal. He's very intelligent, and one of the deepest interviews I've seen of any celebrity.
Truly magnificent! Magic all the way. Thank you for sharing this!
I loved seeing the admirition in people's eyes whenever the camera focussed on the audience. Dave is just so real, and so inspiring. God bless him. I really do hope that ends up teaching one day.
after watching the whole episode i gota say i learned a lot from this amazing human being and im 16 so mabye i have a lot to learn still in life but i just gota say this episode gave me a kind of shiver down my spine feeling / happy feeling :)

I am a Black man. IMO a lot of anti-Black feelings will retreat if Black males change their own subculture from too much sports addiction, socially accepted violence, illegal drug and excessive alcohol and mindless unkind religion. Add to that the bad grease and sugar diet and the low value too often given to academics the result is the negative stereotypes we have today. Black parents--'TEACH YOUR CHILD MATH AND TO READ' as early as possible.
@xxyc21 I'm a black man and I totally agree. We have to get away from this idea that everything is settled by guns and fists, instill the value of education and actually enforce it.
@xxyc21 Also mainstream rap. It's probably been the biggest offset of Black Culture. It' practically single handedly destroyed black communities because of how influential kids (in general) are at a young age. Look at the artists Chappelle had at the Block Party movie. Talib, Mos Def, Kanye, Common, the Roots. These are the artists blacks should be looking up to -- not Snoop, 50 cent and other 'studio gangstas.' Ah well. Dave had great parents and turned out great, parents need to do their job.

How many people are so real, that they could walk away $50 million?! Most of us would jump at that money, whore ourselves out, do whatever it takes. Dave Chappelle speaks some real, well analyzed shit. It's great to see even under that hilarious exterior he's a very well though out and intelligent guy. After watching the whole thing, i have a new found respect for Dave, not only as a comedic genius, but as a human being who knows many truths about the world others are afraid to admit.
@S1ppyCup already new dat shit his comedy is be the jokes u should of picked up on it thats y he did what he did cuz ppl like u are jus realizing how intelegent the doode actually is
wow no wonder why the audience is so programmed there people in college to become actors. They are chasing a dream that is more like a nightmare. There college education is learning about how to pretend. Talk about getting educated about nothing. So sad. They have no clue and dave knows it. No matter what he does or says these idiots still think acting is going to be some dream. Yet they have been programmed to try and become the people they idolize so much. Pathetic.
@67DieHardPatriot454 I work with actors and I do a fair amount of acting myself through the characters I animate. I have tremendous respect for them because I know how vulnerable one have to feel to build a believable character. The acting students (and I) take classes to learn how to elicit emotions from the audience. Acting is a intimate yet rewarding experience. Many of the actors I know go into theater. None of them do it for money or fame. The very few naive ones who do don't get very far.
This guy is the man. One of today's most premiere comedians, and truly an amazing guy. Through all the bullshit and adversity he has stayed true to himself and what he believes....you cant help but admire a guy like that..
Whenever I watched Dave Chapelle stand-up, or even his show, I had the feeling that he was a very intelligent and interestign person. These video clips have enforced this belief.
man there's no reason to be mad at this jesse guy, the only reason he's being this way is because he's too dumb to figure out why his life sucks and describe how he feels and has a certain need to make sure everyone see his views and feels as crappy as he does cause dave cheapelle just improved my view on live..again and if the best thing this guy and people like him can take from this artist is how mexicans are taking your jobs then he for sure can not think and for that dont be angry be sorry
man there's no reason to be mad at this jesse guy, the only reason he's being this way is because he's too dumb to figure out why his life sucks and describe how he feels and has a certain need to make sure everyone see his views and feels as crappy as he does cause dave cheapelle just improved my view on live...again and if the best thing this guy and people like him can take from this artist is how mexicans are taking your jobs then he for sure can not think and for that dont be angry be sorry
Cause wetbacks are stealing our jobs, Whos cares if they are getting murderd in mexico and cant find work there and the only reason theyr coming here is to feed their families us whites are better than mexicans plane and simple.
@jesse77565 I care that they're being murdered, I wouldn't care if you were though. Are you telling me that if you could not find work anywhere in America that you wouldn't emmigrate to the likes of Canada or Europe. In fact there are thousands of Americans screwing the Canadian Medical system due to how shit your one is. But I don't hear Canadian's saying "fuck American's, I hope they die, they're taking our medicine", and thats because we all need to rely on other nations in times of need.
@jesse77565 You suck at trolling. It's not funny or shocking or whatever you're trying to be. Stop wasting your time starting youtube comment fights. This is why nobody likes you. You're embarrassing yourself and misrepresenting your country which happens to be mine too. So stop perpetuating the stereotype that Americans are ignorant and find a hobby outside of youtube commenting. Bye.
man why are you mad at me ? immigrants are crossing our borders everyday! you should be mad at them not me, im white. I deserve to live in america cause US WHITES were born here! the hell with all these wetbacks and other immigrants.
@jesse77565 FYI u uneducated dimwit, white people hav no more of a right to live in America than anyone else. The Native Americans are the ones who hav the right to live der but dey got fucked over by white people so now ders cunts like u who think it's your land. For the record I'm Irish and not so long ago we were the immigrants goin to America in search of better tings, but I bet dat doesnt bother u cos we're white
One question for you, why are you better than a person of a different race?
How can I be like Dave Chappelle. Man this man is equipped with all the right knowledge and all the right words. He never cease to surprise me not one second. The only way to find the line is to cross it! Thank You Dave Chappelle, you inspire me!
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
black people are destroying america along with all other people who arent white us whites are pure and should be the only people here in america go home you dumb mexicans we dont want any immigrants perios...
@jesse77565 Dear jesse77565, as a white person racism does not anger me to the extent that i'm sure it does to those of other ethnicities but at the same time I still never like to see it. After watching this video I was truely amazed at the stories Dave had to tell and thought i'd read a few comments to see other peoples views. When I came across this post by you I felt so overcome with anger that there are still such racist, hateful, bigets out there like you.
@jesse77565 (Part 2 of 3) Unfortunately writing back to you is my ownly means of response, but given the chance I would kick the shit out of you for being one of the people preventing us as a species to move past hate based on colour or creed, 2 things which in no way effect a persons personnality or actions, and they are really how you should judge your fellow man. .
@jesse77565 (Part 3 of 3) You clearly think like this because the people who raised you (I presume your parents) did not love you and were avid racists so shit like your comment is the end result. But I think the thing I love most is how you express your opinion online anonymously like the pusssy you are, your no better than some kkk fucker hiding under his pointy hood. The best thing you could do I'd say is to FUCK OFF, DIG A HOLE, AND DIE IN IT YOU PIECE OF SHIT
Dave, one of the best, struck down by the oppressive giant that is hollywood, we miss you dave, your comedy and real social commentary about today's world is lacking in modern times, if you ever decide that the viel of secrecy should be lifted and return to the limelight, the people will stand behind you all the way.
What makes a comedian brilliant is not his jokes, but his resilient, truthful character. Dave expressed the truth, both on and off the stage. He is up there with Bill Hicks, George Carlin, Richard Pryor, and Lenny Bruce. It takes the utmost courage to withstand an organization much larger than yourself, but he did it. To the clueless, he lost it all; To the wise, he is rich in virtue.
Dave Chappelle is one intelligent, brilliant man. His refusal to be a "hollywood industry whore" speaks volumes about him. He was phenomenal for a relatively brief period as far as career's go,but, if he never does anything again, his contribution to comedy is legendary. So what he walked away from $50 million dollars? You can always get more money, your soul, and dignity are PRICELESS. I hope he come's back to have us laughing and thinking again.
Excellent, you are right. He understood that he did not want to be part of the satanism and the immoral sexual behavior. He also did not want to be part of a industry that pays top billing to Blacks who will destroy the dignity of their own. There is always a way to do what you want, without being what "they" want.
heres a good one dave chapelle for prsident only joking dave chill mans far too honest for polotics richard pryor will be well made up he passed the baton to one of the most grounded guys in comedy pryer hicks chapelle need i say more
He's on top when it comes to comedians that I like. I love all what he talks about. It's true... just like he says. It's really funny too. I really respect him for his works and I understand why he didn't want that 50 million. I probably would have done the same thing. I don't want paparazzi following me all over the place because I'm so famous and have a lot of money.
Never knew that one of my favorite comedians, could be this inspirational. I'm sincerely amazed by his intellectual reasoning and view on the world around him. I'll watch this video whenever I feel down. Thanks pakelika420 and taequeen0611 for uploading these and sharing these great videos.
My respect for Dave increased hugely after this. I thought he was just a guy doing some racial comedy for chuckles and in a way he is but he's got a good spirit. I wish him nothing but the best
We are lucky to have someone like him live in our life times. There's a saying "It's harder to make people laugh than cry." I'm glad that Dave Chapelle got a taste of what most people dream of. The fact that he is a well-known comedian. People are moved by this episode because Dave Chapelle has shown what he's thinking, and that's why they connect with him
I can't wait for new Dave Chapelle material. like I said, he's an amazing comedian, and I respect him for turning down that 50mil deal.
i never liked celebrities/famous people (for their corruption ego's etc) I resented them, and resent other people for being so into them. But today i can honestly say im a fan of one, in fact dave chappelle has sort of become one of my most favorite people of all time next to people like mlk, ghandi etc.
Watching this show was so truthful, that i almost teared. And it takes a lot to get me to even cry, in fact i didnt think i COULD cry anymore, but i almost felt a tear.
I agree he is so genius so much respect for him after watching this still wish the chapelle show came on but you gotta do what's right for you and he made the choice to leave and seems much happier for it
People can say I'm legend all day long but if one person denies that fact you should ask am I a really a legend?
We claim Dave Chappelle THE LEGEND and the whole world will remember him till the last day a comedian will make mankind laugh.
I salute you from bottom of my heart Dave.
May you find peace where ever you are.

Dave Chappelle speaks some real, well analyzed shit. It's great to see even under that hilarious exterior he's a very well though out and intelligent guy. After watching the whole thing, i have a new found respect for Dave, not only as a comedic genius, but as a human being who knows many truths about the world others are afraid to admit.

wow no wonder why the audience is so programmed there people in college to become actors. Pathetic.
67DieHardPatriot454 9 months ago 6
@67DieHardPatriot454 I work with actors and I do a fair amount of acting myself through the characters I animate. I have tremendous respect for them because I know how vulnerable one have to feel to build a believable character. The acting students (and I) take classes to learn how to elicit emotions from the audience. Acting is a intimate yet rewarding experience. Many of the actors I know go into theater. None of them do it for money or fame. The very few naive ones who do don't get very far.

man there's no reason to be mad at this jesse guy, the only reason he's being this way is because he's too dumb to figure out why his life sucks and describe how he feels and has a certain need to make sure everyone see his views and feels as crappy as he does cause dave cheapelle just improved my view on live..again and if the best thing this guy and people like him can take from this artist is how mexicans are taking your jobs then he for sure can not think and for that dont be angry be sorry

Cause wetbacks are stealing our jobs, Whos cares if they are getting murderd in mexico and cant find work there and the only reason theyr coming here is to feed their families us whites are better than mexicans plane and simple.
jesse77565 11 months ago

Bye.

ASliceaToast 11 months ago
@jesse77565 (Part 2 of 3) Unfortunately writing back to you is my ownly means of response, but given the chance I would kick the shit out of you for being one of the people preventing us as a species to move past hate based on colour or creed, 2 things which in no way effect a persons personnality or actions, and they are really how you should judge your fellow man. .
ASliceaToast 11 months ago
@jesse77565 (Part 3 of 3) You clearly think like this because the people who raised you (I presume your parents) did not love you and were avid racists so shit like your comment is the end result. But I think the thing I love most is how you express your opinion online anonymously like the pusssy you are, your no better than some kkk fucker hiding under his pointy hood. The best thing you could do I'd say is to FUCK OFF, DIG A HOLE, AND DIE IN IT YOU PIECE OF SHIT
ASliceaToast 11 months ago
Dave, one of the best, struck down by the oppressive giant that is hollywood, we miss you dave, your comedy and real social commentary about today's world is lacking in modern times, if you ever decide that the viel of secrecy should be lifted and return to the limelight, the people will stand behind you all the way.
hepil 1 year ago

I hope he come's back to have us laughing and thinking again.
gtb327 1 year ago 23
@gtb327
Excellent, you are right. He understood that he did not want to be part of the satanism and the immoral sexual behavior. He also did not want to be part of a industry that pays top billing to Blacks who will destroy the dignity of their own. There is always a way to do what you want, without being what "they" want.

I don't want paparazzi following me all over the place because I'm so famous and have a lot of money.
