Looking for something that is under $100 that does this TODAY...

I've seen the Dlink advertisement from Tiger Direct, but reviews on it's actual function SUX!!

Anyone have a few links they can post I've Searched google, and found a few (like above mentioned Dlink) but most options are just under $200.

I know about the Xbox360, PS3 extenders or the things like WD MyTV but i want something more like this. TY
