Pearl Jam plays this more relaxed than Dead Moon/Pierced Arrows. The latter sounds more energetic. The Dead Moon version appeals more to me personally. But hey, each to his own - and thanks to Pearl Jam for carrying the news of Dead Moons greatness out into the world.

I don't consider it hacking at all. I've been to over 20 Pearl Jam concerts and have unfortunately never heard them do this. It's phenomenal and makes you feel so good about life in general, especially when you are down. It put Dead Moon on the map and it makes people feel good. I say no harm no foul....
