Translate the text properly and you'll see that the 'world' is not the globe but the entire middle east and nations surrounding Israel. This is a western theory/pipe dream. @johnnyblaze6661 A relatively poor person/ non-elite buying gold and silver is an excellent way to preserve your wealth mostly in order to sustain yourself in the future via barter. If you are doing it to make money that is unwise/selfish but the former is quite ok. Buying gold/silver also pushes up the market putting a strain on the banksters and exposing inflation and the debt based fiat money system.
