The irish tin whistle in D is fairly easy to learn. You can buy it in a box called "Learn To Play The Irish Tin Whistle" wich features the whistle and a cd with demonstations on how to play it.

Im sure, waltons are not very consistant with quality and mine has been played a lot, and i mean a lot. i recomend a clark D personally

Great that people are posting pieces of traditional music. My comment would be to slow down and concentrate on the timing of the tune, don't rush. I know your 'second half' was supposed to be faster, but listen to the feel of the song. I'd recommend Christy Moore or The Dubliners.

okay every body here is the fingering for spancil hill. its written like the top hole is 1 and no holes is 0. for a note you blow hard there will be an h in front of it.
