Pretty decent. I go jogging often and go to the gym in my spare time at college. I also do archery so i have good upper body strength. This summer though, i'm gonna go all out and have a training programme set.

But damn Royal Marines? My friends cousin was in that. He's totally badass, but he got his leg blown off by an IED. He wanted to go back out there after though, kinda sucks he couldn't. Good luck there man. It's gonna be hard but you'll have my respect.
