@shangooli1 i dont know what your talking about?? he landed like 20-30 meters after the touchdown zone. if you look at real airplanes landing you can see that they flare as much as he did.

It is also possible that you could be experiencing crosswinds where the wind could be blowing across the runway rather than up or down it. If that be the case - then you're screwed - just kidding - if you're drifting to one side of the runway like the left side, land on the left side as the plane will be facing rightand will move to the right, then guide the nose to the centreline....

The cpu will bring more performance than the gpu in FSX. I would go for the cpu.

@3m0oW Yeah Stanknnewbie is right. A top-notch GPU alone will actually slow down fsx. CPU and RAM are what really improves fsx gameplay

Sorr y... been so busy with work and everything else. My idle temps are mid 40's and under load in high 50's. It's got a huge fan, but no louder than my GTX 280 at idle. I'd recomend the Ultra 120 extreme-1366 for being quiet while keeping an oc'd i7 920 nicely cooled. How much ram are you using?

It's FlyTampa using the DX10 compatible SDK installation mode. There is a huge difference in fps between DX10 and DX9.

Is dx10 the main reason your video graphics are more superior then alot of the other fsx videos on you tube, or do you also use terrain addons.

DX10 looks way better more vibrant. Dx9 is slower and duller but more realistic... say for instance, the runway in the video is what you get with DX10. DX9 shows a more detailed like it supposed to look runway... but you give up a lot of fps.
