ACT 2010-2011 Training Tutorial - Design Layouts

hi im working in the layout of act pro 2011 and i would like ton know how i can change the name on the tab "historie" and "notes" ?

I am a real estate broker in the US and am trying to add a few fields to my ACT! 2010 database. These three fields are: RE Type, Square Feet, and Expiration date. RE type will be a drop down with industrial, retail and office as the options. Square feet will be a numerical value and expiration date will be a calander date. I want to add these to the contact info for each contact. How do i do this?
