I am a real estate broker in the US and am trying to add a few fields to my ACT! 2010 database. These three fields are: RE Type, Square Feet, and Expiration date. RE type will be a drop down with industrial, retail and office as the options. Square feet will be a numerical value and expiration date will be a calander date. I want to add these to the contact info for each contact. How do i do this?
