yah I agree but its not so much my bike that slows me down its my weight, 230lbs. My bike weighs about 44lbs. Its good workout though.

man i hate the first part of this trail. goin up hill on a 50 lbs bike and through a creek. its definatly isnt the funnest thing, but the end is alright. it sucks that thats the only way to get to flow though...
