They got a lookalike and the various music themes interwoven in the song are jay chou music. He's known for being introverted, filial (hence the old lady = listen to mama part that hebe sings repetitiously). Take it like a Weird Al Yankovic creation with Jay Chou as the central theme and realise that the SHE girls are PLAYing. Tee hee. All in good fun, I'm sure that Jay was in on the joke and okay with it since they had to borrow his music and get his permission for it. Very clever!
