I attended a Superfoot seminar in 2006 and he displayed incredible hand speed. He had recently had hip surgery so we worked on boxing skills. He pulled aside two black belts with fast hands and showed them up playing red hands and punch my hand.

Jeez Superfoot has some power, must workout daily for hours still.That reverse fist almost knocked you out.Good thing he stoped when he did.Congrats man.
