It was confirmed on SOny's and Microsoft's web. Sony and Microsoft decided to do a trade. I only heard however, Sony gets Gears of War and Halo Series, and we get Metal Gear Solid series and something else I think. It's kind of a pretty fucked up idea to put Halo on PS3, and my opinion says it should stay. Though, I do love the MGS series, but it's just my personal opinion.

I think PS3 is better, mainly because even though you may spend more for the console, you will not have to worry about buying batteries for your controller or Xbox live cards. Its a better investment down the road.
Also in my opinion (so dont get pissed off) i like the PS3 exclusives better.

heavy rain is a piece of shit,its just lots of qte events chained together, from all teh videos ive seen but alan wake looks scary and promising and isnt just quick time events chained up together like heavy rain. alan wake could be the most scariest game to date

Really? Uncharted 2 is the seventh generations first exclusive game of the year. Whats it on? PS3. Good job XBox rushing everything. All 360 has are sequels, that dont have any new innovation. Halo has had the same gameplay since 2001. LOL Uncharted 2 did everything better then Uncharted 1 thats why it won game of the year and not ODST L4D2 or Forza 3. 360 was the best from 05-08, ps3 is the FUTURE. FF13 needs 4 discs and the game is STILL going to be compressed! Thats 360 4 ya!

Considering each chapter is packed with movies and cutscenes, this is a great solution. I'd rather wait TWO minutes to install a chapter, than wait TWO minutes every single time a scene, or whatever has to load.
Actually on the PS3, it's not really an install. It's kind of like updating the game because when I didn't have PSN I didn't have to install/update at all.
looking at the boxes online and theres no mention of hd dvd. since the bluray and hd dvd were competing to be main one at the time, i would think microsoft would be boasting the hell outta hd dvd.
they have hd dvd compatible with the 360? like ive said, i would think they would make it clear the 360 can run that, but, in all there commercials since launch, havent heard anything about it being compatible with hd dvd.

20th century fox is located as a board of directors, and don't they put out some DVDs and whatnot? are those DVDs not compatible with the 360? same with disney, are there DVDs not compatible? warner bros., as well.
any reliable resource to back that up? i would think the 360 would be supporting the HD dvd during its contest against the bluray, but i've havent heard a thing from them about there console working on hd dvd.

this was before mgs4 so i did not play it that offten, just for blue rays. i still play it, some times, not all the time since most of my friends have an xbox lie account.
they were going to, but it took three months before i got a call about it, so i asked for a refund. you know how hard it is to replace a ps3, very. they wont give you a newone they just fix the one you gave them.
Actually, that is the same thing MS does. They don't give you a new one, they give you one that was broken and they 'fixed'. I have had friends that have gone through 4-5 of those things because they gone busted. They are very careful lads, so it is not like they tried to destroy them.
i never got to microsoft directly. game crazy. they fix me up for free since im a mvp customer. free dis clean or replace. get a warenty on the game for a dollar and i can switch out my xobox or ps3 if a problem arise. Sony did not send back my ps3 yet so i had to buy another and asked for a refund.
cant wait for the next xbox, should be out in its full potential (bluray added), and that means game companies can finally go out more, without the 360 holding them back
i think they should just make a metal gear that is packed into two double layer discs for the 360 not as much content as ps3 but some decent game anyways i have a xbox 360 but rly like a ps3 much more solid console.

Really? Uncharted 2 is the seventh generations first exclusive game of the year. Whats it on? PS3. Good job XBox rushing everything. All 360 has are sequels, that dont have any new innovation. Halo has had the same gameplay since 2001. Considering each chapter is packed with movies and cutscenes, this is a great solution. I'd rather wait TWO minutes to install a chapter, than wait TWO minutes every single time a scene, or whatever has to load.

Actually, that is the same thing MS does. They don't give you a new one, they give you one that was broken and they 'fixed'. I have had friends that have gone through 4-5 of those things because they gone busted. They are very careful lads, so it is not like they tried to destroy them.

i never got to microsoft directly. game crazy. they fix me up for free since im a mvp customer. free dis clean or replace. get a warenty on the game for a dollar and i can switch out my xobox or ps3 if a problem arise. Sony did not send back my ps3 yet so i had to buy another and asked for a refund.
