I am naturally inclined to not force my self remembering from the archive and cupboard memory , but I thought that I should, so I considered myself a lazy bastard. Now I finally find beautifully and rationally explained what intuitively I have been doing half of my life, especially after high school. AWESOME love swamiji's videos
When we are forced to remember/do things we don't want to do/are not naturally capable of doing, then we fall into one of two (interchangable) categories of stress: Brown Out (lowering our Energy to 4-7 hz) or Burn Out, (raising our Energy to 13-30 hz.). Both rob our bodies of the proper amount of electricity, 7-12 hz, vital to it's ability to fully form and function fully all day. This robbery goes Genome deep creating all of our genetic dysfunctions. This is how we rob ourselves of health.
Beloved Swamiji , What I understood from this discourse is one must do what is natural and easy for oneself , what they call swadharma , so as not to suffer from forced memory .I myself wasted years trying to do and studying things that were not natural to me , just because everybody else is doing and suffered nicely .
Thanks for the wonderful explanation Swamiji.

First of all, you need to start meditating everyday... with time as you get used to it and meditation improves your intuition will help...
Even Buddha himself had to star meditating one day....

Watching this man is enlightening no matter what he says, to me. I have long since accepted him as truth.
