Nobunari's programs were choreographed in late summer 2007 (SP) and February/March 2008 (LP). He switched to Nikolai in April 2008. Nikolai choreographed his EX, but decided it was too late to get him new competetive programs. Nobunari was not in good mental/physical condition back then and they decided to concentrate on getting back in the top form and improving jumps/steps. He'll get new programs from Nikolai in the Olympic season.

I sure wouldn't guess from your comment.
I have more respect for Nobunari, whose good intentions, overdone politeness and unwillingness to break a given word got into trouble than for someone who for a joke puts a truly good person into a negative light (and not giving a whole story in this case definitely puts a different light on the whole thing).

A part of it, yes (the second part - Waltz). The program was choreographed by Lori Nichol in autumn, 2007.

Last season, I really love FS of Abott and FD of Russian couple. Now, I think that this music is too strong for Nobu. But I believe his 'Masquerade' will be one of the best programs till Worlds held in LA.
I hope he'll enjoy his skating, and have a great season!

I think the music is great for him. It's just that the rink was really small, so he could not skate at full speed and power. It looked better at Kansai and will look even better at a normal sized rink.
The costume looks a bit constricting and makes him look younger, I wish he would change it for something which shows body lines, like the Tosca or Fly Me to the Moon costume!
