@cffnmkr13 I like the whole area for it's weird energy. Ive seen the locals catch catfish from the canal at the Slabs and old black men with buckets of Talapia, I guess the Koreans are being enteprenurial.

@sean57 You need to do like we did, and make friends with some locals. We always find a place to stay and so go several times a year. Than again, its only 150 miles from L. A.

oh hey! i love it! yay! salvation mountain and mr. leonard. that place is great. this chick got us lost. chasing a mirage, looking for the salton sea. she lived there but i finally had to interject with, "u realize ur chasing a mirage." we only went to the sony bono refuse place. there were crickets all in the bathroom. and weird owls in the trees. i loved it all though!
