  • since you had the 14-16 two packs of that was your hair full or not

  • @Juicez2011 -- are you sure it's the same quality. I'm thinking about purchasing it. Have you ever purchased or used it?

  • Why should she ?

  • You should practice loosing the "uh" and "uhm" in your speech

  • Is that your natural hair? how do you manage your hair? Does blow drying everyday will make your hair dry?

  • i thought seabreze was for your face. ? : /

  • why can't you wash your scalp?

  • I want this hair so bad!

  • Comment removed

  • how often do u wash it

  • I want this hair so bad....but it is really expensive...can't afford it.. :-(

  • help how to get newly sew virgin indian hair to get it soft and relax

  • how do you make your Indian hair soft and relax. i bought some virgin Indian hair (wet and wavy) and got it sew in 1 week ago and the hair is stiff -i haven't wash it yet whats ur advice

  • Your videos are ALWAYS the best!

  • Does anyone know any alternative indian virgin hair? indianhaircompany won't send to the UK.=(

  • @Jamacian4Lyfe try international hair company =)

  • I just wanted to suggest that when your hair is wet you should use a wide-toothed comb to detangle it and smooth it out rather than your paddle brush. A brush is normally to rough on wet hair and you may damage it or cause frizz. Just a tip. : )

  • I search for videos about indian hair care, cuz I'm indian, and I find a bunch of black women wearing wigs... O.o

    Disturbing.

  • @fopower lol!

  • @fopower lol thats funny but true

  • @fopower I love ignorant comments like this lol. 1. If you have problem with it , Then develop your own website for Indain hair care. 2. You should really be complaining to the Indian people selling the hair( They don't find it disturbing), and not the buyers. Regardless of their race, because black women aren't the only ones wearing it. 3. I find your ignorance disturbing :)

  • @DGreen951 I was going to make a note at the bottom "P.S. I'm joking" but I figured most people would get that, and I was right.

I'm not being ignorant. 1) most of the Indian hair that is sold comes from temples where people sacrifice their hair with no money in return. 2) I think it's ignorant not to see that there is something wrong in wearing other peoples hair when you have perfectly good hair of your own.

  • @DGreen951 I also feel this way about plastic surgery and colored contact lenses- it shows deep rooted self image issues.

I'm not hating, I have much love for black people. I just don't like seeing people hating themselves.

  • @fopower Well, you'd have to go talking to everyone because every race self-hates. Common "self-hate" according to race - Some Asians: wear eyelid tape to get rid of monolid and circle lenses to make eyes look big. Some Indians: Bleach skin Some Whites:Butt pads/implants, nose jobs, weaves, breast, botox, lip injections, tans Some Blacks: Relaxers, weaves

  • whats the website you brought your hair from ??

  • her voice is like a piercing noise, hard to understand

  • I wonder how long did she wait to wash the hair?

  • What temperature do you usually set your flat iron to?

  • Comment removed

  • omg i spelled conscious wrong... lmao... that was like a year ago....

  • do u use a applicator bottle to apply sea breeze on ur scalp?

  • dont tell me you are having problems with those strong arms i see some muscles there.

  • when i was in cosmetology(high school elective) my teacher was sayin using the two in one shamppo conditioner is not good because your doesnt know if its shampoo or conditioner and dont know how to react to it

  • Here's a hair wrapping tip. Once you have combed out, wrapped, and covered your hair...the hair is secure. Then............twist your scarf, cap or whatever you have used to cover and protect your hair for the night. Twist it once or twice in the direction of the wrap. This tip has smoothed out any hair that has had a mind of its own.n Makes a flawless wrap. Luv ya Teya!

  • whats your favorite hair style

  • That hair looks so good girl!!! Nice vid

  • Do you have to wash it b4 u install it?

  • How many packs did you use? I love how it looks full.

    ~LALA~

  • it looks so real... but cost sooo much

  • Ateya,

this is like the most beautiful weave I have ever seen. I have short natural hair...can I still blend this with my own if I get a sew in? I have been seriously considering it for next month...

  • omg THANK YOU

i was so frustrated when trying to wash it and stop the damn itcing

    THANK YOU ATEYAA

  • can someone tell me where to get those clips from i dont know where to buy them

  • can u buy that hair at the bearty supply store?

  • yes but they sell a lot of knok off at the beuty supply. ur better off getting it at a salon

  • do you wash your scalp.

  • what kind of hair is this thou? virgin indian what? theres diffrent typess

  • hey im intrested in buying your hair,18 inches, how many grams is 1 pack and how much does your 18 inches cost? thanks

  • Can you or anyone give me a review on Goddess and Hollywood remy hair extentions for weaving.

    Does is shead/tangle

  • @michaela706

I have Hollywood hair in now..Goddess virgin Remy. I have it sew-in. I used "No Fray" on my tracks before installing and had no shedding..its been two weeks. So good so far.

  • Oooooooooh!! I can't WAIT to order my Indian hair offline!! Does anyone happen to have a good website I can order 100% virgin Indian hair?? (Ateyaa, can you give me info as well??) Thanks!!

  • Look in the info box to your right. She has the link where she orders her Indian hair.

  • Ateya girl you just taught me an easier way to wrap my hair. I don't have a sewn in. But my hair is really bouncy and i spend like 15 min tryin to wrap my hair every night!

So now I will be clippin! And I got the same clips as you! Thanks!

  • How long do you keep you sew ins?

  • how do you wash the braids underneath the weave ?

  • @chynaDollmusic What I do is part the track hair so I can reach my scalp. I put shampoo/conditioner on my scalp and wash with my fingers (or get a toothbrush that you will only use for your hair and wash your scalp that way) in the shower/sink. I get a lot of sewins and I have on in right now and this method has always worked for me. I do this once a week and when I take my sewin out I don't have a lot of buildup. I thought I would answer since no one else responded to your question.

  • No thanks. It just so happens I took out my latest sew-in last night. My hair/scalp have no build up and my hair is healthy and strong like it always has been as a result from my regimen. What happens to anyone else's hair is not my concern because it won't happen to me because I know what works for me and what doesn't. Thanks anyways dear

  • wow the woman in that fight vid had a skin condition that took her hair out and she GLUED her hair in that why her hair is distroyed check ya facts boo boo!

  • No she didn't have a skin cond. a rasta guy in the comments under the video said he knows her &she use to have a nice thick head of hair & was a hair dresser but all the YEARS of sew ins and chemicals just ate out her hair. Its not will happen but it CAN happen. Did u see her head top. Lord God have mercy!!! I rest my case.

  • wow this was on a tv show where they said she had Alopisha! But I sew in my hair and Its made my hair thicker and stronger. i used to wear braids for years and it thinnned out my hair! I stoped perming about a year ago and Ive seen my hair change for the better! so its a case by case senerio

  • She didn't have no alopecia she DID have a thick full head of hair but all the sewins, chemicals ate out her hair. I said before doesnt mean IT WILL but IT CAN happen.

  • @blackindie

who are u talking about? ateeya?

  • No not Ateeya. Please type in "jamaican beatdown" & look at the 1st video with the lady in purple & the other lady in black. They were friends. But look at what happened u might just fall out ur chair when u c how the womans head looked after what happened. Thats why I say sew in & weave will DAMAGE ur hair. Before she had a full nice head of hair, but all the sew in, chemicals, & weaves damaged her hair bad bad bad just look u might cry. That was wickedness what her friend did. what do u think?

  • @blackindie

o yea i have seen that video before and i have shown my sister too, i didnt know it was because of weaves, etc. wat her friend did is LOW, i wouldnt do that to my worst enemies because some stuff are just to low

  • Yes that's pure Wickedness!!!. Whether u wear weaves or not, NO ONE has the right to pull your hair like that. But I heard its because of the chemicals, and weaves, is why her hair turned like that & her friend knew that. You have to remember those things will eat out ur hair if u use it alot. But thanks for looking & understanding what i meant. You take care!!!

  • The reason YUR hair probably wont curl; but will they next day is because your natural oils in yur scalp have redistributed. Have yu ever heard that dirty hair is easier to style than clean hair.??? Well thats the case lOl.

  • y dnt u save time nd bump w/ da flat iron?

  • damn u r sexxxy girl...especially wif the indian hair....

  • ur building arm muscle which is gud just in case a gurl trys to run up on U.

  • I'd advise NOT using pantene. It has some chemicals in it that coat the hair and are not advised for the care of Indian Hair. The best is Suave/Nexxus Humectress/Humectant. Another guru vintageortacky uses Pantene to strip color from her hair. (just a piece of info for all my ladies who wear Indian hair like myself)

  • Leave it straight!!!!!!!

  • Your hair is so beautiful! You look so pretty. This Really helped me, but my weave isnt this gorgeous!

  • Thanks so much for the toll-free number for the hair company...I placed my order today...I can not wait for the hair to arrive at my house...once I get it sew in look for my video and photos....Again thank you so ver much! *Smooches*

  • i have got to find this hair asap

  • you look so effin preety with wet-n-wavy curly hair 3:39

  • Girl, I am loving your videos. This hair is off the chain! I haven't worn a weave in about hmmmm maybe 4 years now. I used to rock them constantly but I be doing wigs now. THIS VIDEO made me start doing the math and thinking seriously about investing in another weave. If this hair really lasts, then it;s worth the investment - especially if you just wear it long and natural. Thanks so much for your tutorials.

  • You are the greatest, I don't wear weaves but you just taught me how to wrap my hair. Thanks :)

  • how many packs did you use?

  • Did you flat iron your natural hair daily to blend with the weave?

  • you will need to a very slow tutorial for how to curl hair cos i tried to do it with a conair curler and it was bad. i have never been able to curl my hair. please help.

  • THAT hair is so pretty luv your video's

  • i want this soo bad, but my concious wont let me buy $400 hair

  • @Jonilee4292 girl me either but im gone do it; cuz i bet it'll laast 4ever if u take care of it =

  • @Jonilee4292 wait lol i jusst found out the remy indian hair is only like 200$ for 2packs for like 14inch an 10inch thats pretty good; but i do my own weaves; so if u buy the hair and have someone else do it for you ; that prolly will cost about 400$

  • @Jonilee4292 I bought hair from the Bronner Bros hair show last weekend from this vendor indianhairdirect Gorgeous 100% Indian Remy virgin hair. I bought 2 I think 14-16 inches for $125 a piece. It was well worth it. The hair is gorgeous and you can keep it for 2 years or longer.

  • @Jonilee4292: My goodness I was thinking the same thing!

  • @Jonilee4292 i know...but so expensive

  • (indianhair....net) its cheaper and same quality

  • I am East Indian(so my hair is Indian, LOL) and you can blow dry it but it is best to let the hair air dry. Since it's real hair, air dry is the best for it but yeah, you CAN do either or. =D

  • I agree with BoxedCrayons, air drying allows the life span of the hair to be extended, if you want to get your money's worth trust me I have 3 years experience with the Indian hair

  • Ateyaaa!

    Ima about to cry.

    lmao.

The don't ship to the UK

    (IndianVirginHairCompany)

    =(

  • thats really pretty

  • I need that hair in my life! I love watching your videos, so informative!

  • I don't know about the shampoo but the smooth conditioner works great

  • indian virgin hair is human hair rite??

  • Yes, if bought at the right place it will be 100% human hair, what you find at the beauty supply store is what's not actually all human, and the cuticle layer of the hair has been stripped and coated with silicon that's why it's not all that good after a few washes. 100% Indian virgin hair is the best hair you can get.

  • Do you was your entire head after a month or so? I heard you are not supposed to wash the weft.

  • Keep it under the weft

  • wow.. your hair is awsome.. so how much may I ask it cost to buy the hair and get the sew in? and how long does this hair last?

  • SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO pretty!

  • Girl!? U r the homegirl! LOL..and100% correct about indian hair...i had my first sew in w that hair in 11/08...my stylist washes an re-sews the SAME hair rite back n! I still have the hair n and all the girls that was hatin..like..'i would never pay that much..u crazy yadda yadda yadda..'...now they tryna b down w a playuh an use indian hair like me!! N E Hoo, so glad u love the hair..its truly an investment..

    love an blessings

    - So Fly

  • I won't lie... I only clicked on it because it said Virgin.

Yes, I'm ashamed... but you are still kinda cute. lol

  • You can do everything to it! blow dry, curling iron waves u name it. I been using Fekkai shampoo and conditioner and it's really good!

  • Ateyaaa,

What are the benefits of wrapping? Is it absolutely necessary to wrap your hair every night?

  • Love it! How do you think using those steam rollers would work. I'm thinking u could get nice tousled curls or maybe brush and wrap and get a really good bump at the end. Just a thought.

  • I love your videos, I have a question for you do you ever wear your hair naturl Either way it looks really nice on u

  • I would hit it for some money.

  • lol i would hit now

  • you should brush it from bottom to top... :)

also...what do u do to your edges after you wash it??

  • A Guide to Getting More Views!

    - Put a pretty girl on your thumbnail.

    - Put virgin in the title.

If you follow these rules and work hard, you will be a success!

  • Ateyaaa, I just went to the site for the hair to order it and would like to know if you got the 4oz or the 8oz? and how many packs did you get?

  • She got 2 packs of 4oz hair. Most people use 6oz in total, but 8oz would give a fuller look like hers.

  • I want to try this hair. What is Seabreeze? Is it a moisturizer? i want to make sure i get everything when i try this style : )

  • Seabreeze is a skin cleanser. You can get it in the Skin care isle at the store. :) Hope that helps.

  • i love the wet n wavy look!!!!

  • When i first heard of the Hair i wanted to try but i was waiting on someone other than a celeb lol to testify.. as soon as i saw your vid i got my hair done but through my stylist she provided the hair and cut. I loooooooovvvveee this hair and plus its very soft. The trick is in the wash I dont really apply much heat bc you really dont have to comb it that much.. But i followed ur steps w/ the shamp and cond and let it air dry it was cute...LIKE MUFASA..LOL BUT THX FOR SHARING YOUR TIPS

  • really cool!!!

  • Have you heard to only use cold water with weaves?

  • use wen shampoo its the best for weaves

  • Hi !! have you ever tried Steam rollers, they make beautiful curls w/o and effort. About 5-10 mins and your out thedoor!! they are by CAruso @ sally's

  • that seabreeze work

  • hey girl pls don't kill ur self go ahead and blow dry ur hair as long as u don't do it everyday it's ok.

  • Yea thts true cuz I jus CUD NOT deal wit the air dryin I wud prolly air dry half the time then jus go on &blow dry like u Ateya I'm lovin tht seabreeze suggestion! I was gonna do the sew-n/micro style like mschanda &adrianna but I get bored so fast wit styles &it wud only last about a mo 4me so I'ma jus break down &buy the indian hair 4versatility wit a good summer style

  • I'm thinking about getting some hair because this just looks so amazing! B E A U T I FU L!

Do you never wash the scalp and what is Seabreeze? I'm from Denmark and Seabreeze is not something I have heard of :-)

  • Is there a reason why you don't wash the scalp? I

  • Ateyaa, you are a beautiful person on the inside and on the outside. You are truly an inspiration. Forget the hater because they are probably fat and ugly anyway.

  • Why when ppl refer to people as fat they have to always include ugly in that, I don't get it that's very insulting because everyone who is "FAT", is Not always "UGLY".

How come they can't just be ugly or just fat

  • ur the best girllllll

  • Hey Ateyaa I am a New Subscriber and Im already loving the Tutorials, you are so Confident and assure of what you do that is great! Show you some Luve Sista!

  • hey ateyaa!! im lovin your hair(but i always do) anyways, im jus commenting on how u said that your hair doesnt curl, after u wash and straightn it, its because when curling your hair it holds better on "dirtier" hair, so basically wait a day or two from the wash day to curl, cuz the "dirt" gives the curl a better grip. but good luck wit it and X's n O's

  • Wow that hair is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!! After you curled it with the curling iron, right before you wrapped it up.... the BOMB! SO pretty :)

  • do you glue or sew in your hair???

  • she does sew in

  • your hair looks great when i get my next weave im going to order that hair. i recd my nu-gro order today cant wait to use it.

  • Also lovely, I want to make some suggestions and forgive me for being so late.

Pantene is good. Don't use a lot of products containing alcohol. It dries the hair out. Also with any products used in our extensions, wigs, etc. Make sure to do a deep cleansing with a ph balanced shampoo. ISOplus is good for me. It cleans build up with your natural hair or extensions. Do this once a month and this hair should last a year and up! Seal your wefts to.. Lovely...

  • You are doing everything correctly. If the hair is truly pure Virgin hair, which I'm sure it is, you can apply heat. I think what people mean is not to put a lot of heat to prolong the life of the hair, being that it's essentially dead hair ( meaning no longer attached to a scalp, with blood vessles providing nutrients) You are doing well and welcome to the Indian hair game!

  • i usually wash my hair in the shower but today i did it in sections like yours and that works better for me b/c i dont have to wet the braids underneath which will eliminate mildew and trying to dry these braids. Thanks Ateya!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i LOVE UR channel nd i dnt mean to be rude but kan you get ur whole weave wet ? you know your scalp and your hair ?

  • That hair is FIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • KeraCare Dry & Itchy Scalp Glossifier works miracles if your having a problem with dry and itchy scalp!!

  • Et cetera is abbreviated "etc.", not "ect.".

  • Uh that's not even what they said you fucking idiot, and NO ONE agrees with you.

  • wth are you talking about. I`m genuninely confused....because the mistake is right in the title of the video..so it was said.... I`m going to go ahead and assume you`re an idiot.

  • Okay...maybe if I type more slowly... You said "I totally agree with you, she is a bit of an ignoramus". Are you BRAIN DEAD? Susceptible1 never said that....they stated a fact that cannot be "agreed" with and no one else watching this video thinks what you do. GTFO

  • What overall theme? Nobody sees this "theme" but you. Being an intelligent person and using colloquialisms or making a mistake are not mutually exclusive. I understand this may be confusing to you since you're so desperately grasping for things to troll with...but you've failed. Go try someone else.

  • You're an idiot, its official. Two things; 1) Yes, there is a correlation between the usage of colloquialisms and intelligence. Look it up! Einstein likely doesn't say "y'all". 2) I'm trying you; incorrect. Pan upwards and you'll see that you started with me. So what did we learn from this conversation; I'm right, and you're an idiot. Better luck next time! Incase you don't get it (highly likely), this conversation, she's over!

  • 1) If you really understood the issue of correlation you would know that correlation does not equate to a direct relationship but rather a statistical trend of relationships. Secondly, please cite the study you're referring to because I call bullshit on it. 2) I would say it's you who "started" when you commented in the first place with your fail attempt at trolling. I'll be waiting for your citation.

  • BTW: Mutually exclusive means: unable to be both true at the same time. So springerspw, I hope you meant to say "not mutually exclusive" or maybe "inclusive". If not, you certainly CAN be bright or dull and be a skilled make-up artist.

  • "Being an intelligent person and using colloquialisms ... are not mutually exclusive" = you can be intelligent and also use colloquialisms. I said exactly what I meant. Again, learn to read.

  • "Yes there is a correlation" means that there is a relationship between two things. I DISAGREE with that argument in this context. Learn to read.

  • "You're an idiot, its official." Now I see why

chopsuey061987 went there. Look at his 2nd reply to your comment. Where does it say that he denies that using colloquialisms and being intelligent are not mutually exclusive? Hmm..where? HE NEVER SAYS ANYTHING ABOUT HER USING IDIOMS. He says; and I quote: "Ateyaa is not that bright. This has nothing to do with her make-up skills.". layman's~ Not bright + make-up skills = mutually inclusive. Using colloquialisms doesn't make you less intelligent.

  • That's uncalled for. People make mistakes.

  • its looks beautiful. that must take a long time.
