If the tellers contribute as much to the bottom line as those who received the bonuses, then fine, give them the bonuses. But they didn't.

There are departments within Bank of America which are still profitable, and those who have performed well need to be compensated. If they are not, they will go to other companies, and Bank of America will never recover and will never be able to pay back Uncle Sam.
