At 15.52 the music gets a bit better (jazzy) and i felt myself getting in to it. I certainly feel my calves after this! Good for starting out on that rebounder that was collecting dust.

Not so easy for me (I'm a bit klutzy) so it will take me a few times to perfect it. I really like the variety of steps and movements--it's not at all boring. (Not too crazy about the music.) Thank you!
PS--love, love, love my Bellicon!!! (and I have never liked to exercise!)
