Arrrgh.. im sick of hearing all this shhhhht!! there's only talks about the AirNZ people who the public see and never talk about the people or give any gratitude and praises to the ones who work behind the scenes... the people who load and make sure your bags are on the plane and/or the people who make sure the toilet you use are clean... the little people who makes the company, the ones who take pay cuts, the people who really make the company!!

Flying with ANZ complimented my life long dream of going to New Zealand and experience Lord of the Rings. Everyone from FAs to call center agents since I was suppose to change my itinerary were simply amazing and very accommodating. It's a pleasure flying with the best airline in the world that is Air New Zealand. Cheers from the Philippines!!!
