@poiislifelifeispoi electronica is used as an umbrella term for ALL electronic music, maybe you're confusing it with electro (aka elektro) which is a an actual genre. not that this is elektro or psy ambient trance.

the unofficial term for this style is IDM (intelligent dance music), although most (including the artists) think it's a snotty term, or braindance. but this guy is more like amon tobin & aphex twin: undefinable. they make music without following a specific formula...
