ok people what happens is that while europe is getting massacred by the chimerans they americans desesperately tryis to find a cure but with so limited time and info. most of their volunteers dies in horrible ways they inject different samples then the ones who survived the proyect they were sent to combat if he got infected and suddenly waked up from the comma state from the virus they were transfered to an elite team of inmune soldiers called "sentinels"
