What strength mainspring and recoil spring do you use? I ask because your slide looked very easy to rack when you were making ready at 1:25.

I shoot Montana Gold 230 Grain RN CMJ's with about 4.4gn's of Clay's which makes around 173-175pf in "my" gun.
The min power factor is dependent on your division. I'm assuming you want to shoot CDP? If so, the min PF is 165pf. You determine PF by taking your muzzle velocity and multiplying it by the bullet weight and then dividing by 1000.
As for 200 vs 230, it's entirely preference. The 200 will have a more "snappy" felt recoil at the same PF as the 230.
