This is one of many times that we saw the family feud on Mid-Atlantic. The Andersons were portrayed as Flair's cousins. This time, Gene was the heel. This is also the first time that he had a speaking part. Ole did most of the talking, while Gene stood in the background looking sinister. Interesting that I never heard of any fans attacking Gene. Ole was always getting attacked (stabbed in Greenville, SC, hit with a tire iron in Augusta, GA). He knew how to get heat.

T74G to my recollection, this was in the spring 1980. also to my recollection, it seems that snuka & flair exchanged the us belt more than once that the history books show. and it was before the valentine-flair fued of the late spring-early summer 1980.
