Usually see it under the gas fill cap in the belly area but didn't see it in the vid.

Yep we moved it to behind the front wheel.

If you look closely you can see some holes drilled there in the black plastic.

Not really, the manifold is a little on the small size, but it wont do it too much harm.

If you can, make a larger manifold for the end can.
