Yo Shake, If you want to get named rosters for your RTG all you have to do is create yourself on the team you went to once you get to college.

That way you can use rosters with rating updates and all that, only problem is you lose all your experience points.

How does it play with the threshold down? I've been playing on it out the box and it feels ok but some players still move to fast. Excited to see your back. Just finished my freshmen year with North Carolina.

@BigMiketm Think of a racing game. You know how cars behind you even if they crash they seem to catch up to you later on in the race? It's called rubber banding. Well, the speed threshold is basically the same thing. Increased, it makes it so slow players can still stay with fast players. Decreasing it to 0 removes that out of the game. Now if you're faster than your opponent, he'll get burned.

I have played through my first college season and one thing that bothered me is the awful play calling. Until you have high coaches trust you can't change the play which really puts the team in some bad positions, other than that I enjoyed it. I didn't get to play till the 7th game but hey I had to beat out all those speedy backs for Florida Gators. Oh BTW... does this not have a feel of my player in 2k? Which came first my player or rtg?

@MrSanman100 Good question. My Player Mode made it's first appearance in NBA 2K10. But Madden has had a Superstar mode as far as I can remember. (Madden 08)

@ShakeDown2012 Superstar mode in Madden 06 was the shit, you would see your guy move from living in a small apartment, to a mansion. You could negotiate commercial and movie deals, it had a lot of fun and interesting features. For some reason they removed all that and in some of the newer Madden games Superstar mode is unbearable after 1 or 2 seasons. Too boring now.
