Iv done all this serveral times and usually this works for me but lately when i go to type something in old websites that are not my favourites come up. iv tried everything from restoring settings to reseting explorers settings deleteing auto complete and everytime i type something close the website comes up. do you know why this is? and have any ideas on how i can delete this?

Also if you have any type of "Bookmarks" or "Favorites" saved, CCleaner will not delete those. And those bookmarks/favorites will always show in history until you delete the bookmarks/favorites.

To fully erase All Web browsing info I recommend using the free "CCleaner" program (Google it). I also have a newer CCleaner tutorial I created about a month or 2 ago.

I've watched a few of your videos regarding deleting web history but it does not seem to work for my situation. I have use PDF fillable forms online for some court forms, and needless to say, those are confidential informations. Even though I cleared all the histories, when I return to the same form and click on a box, a drop down menu with the data I had previously filled in would appear. If you have downloaded the latest CCleaner and used it to clear out your entire history, cookies, cache, forms, etc exact like I did in my latest CCleaner tutorials posted above as a "Video Response" then it could be only 1 other thing...

You have a toolbar or program installed on your PC that has some sort of "AutoFill" or "Form Fill" that remembers your history. You need to uninstall that toolbar or program on your computer that does that.

Download and install the free program named, "CCleaner". Do a Google Search for "CCleaner".

That will thoroughly delete all browser history and cache.

NOTE: If you have any BOOKMARKS saved on your browser they will still popup no matter what. The only way you can delete those is to individually delete your bookmarks.

If you are trying to get rid of Internet Explorer history, cache, etc. using CCleaner you need to make sure all options are checked for Internet Explorer. Most of the time the last 1 or 2 check boxes are unchecked within CCleaner. You must check them and ever check box listed for Internet Explorer.

I am assuming you went into the Favorites menu and deleted everything listed, not just the Favorites Bar menu.
