@dparel Oh god no...Just a regular American Strat that I bought when I was still in high school ....The only difference is, I had 57 pickups put in in like a year ago.

@RickMcIsaac Sounds pretty sweet for a standard. Most I hear I don't care for. I have an 89 Standard that had Lace Sensors in it and it's got the wilkinson roller nut...not sure how that and the newer style bridge changes the tone. I hated the sound of the Lace sensors so I took them out and put in some Std. pups my dad had in his 85 strat. Sounds better but still not that great. Been trying to find that "Strat tone" forever. Did you notice a big difference when you put in the 57's?

@dparel Yes the difference was quite big in the lower pick ups. At first I was scared that I wouldnt get the tone I liked, but they really are awesome pick ups.

It really only is My Fender Strat (I had vintage 57 pickups put in it) and I use a Crate Blue Voodoo 120 amp. I rarely use pedals unless it is a wah wah pedal and then it is just the plain old cry baby. I do have a Digitech GNX3, but I always find those pedals to confusing, so I mainly use it for recording. But Thats it man, thanks for watching.

@freeko55 Yes, I believe so. I truly have no idea which scales I play. I am the farthest thing from a "Technical" guitar player. If I play it, and it feels right, I just go with it. I think I tend to play in the pentatonic scale. Not sure though...
