There were '2' batters because it was a drill to get the pitcher used to throwing with his target with a smidgen of realism thrown in... Besides, it's probably a good thing...90 is all well and good, but if the pitcher is not using muscle memory, and has no command, he's better off sitten on the bench...
Awareness of using the complete body makes this product useful. Teaching young players that pitching is more than just the arm, is one of the most important concepts when teaching pitching.Very worthwhile!
Outdated...todays 3D motion analysis 1,000 frames per second has showned that too many of these drills produce the kind of "robotic" pitching mechanics that will actually slow a young pitcher's progress and contribute to injury. The video is well intended, but is full of outdated and wrong information...this is dinosour material!
how i pitch i dont show the ball until i start to fall down but that is old pitching how they do it they are going to get racked good thing this isnt a real playing right???? if they are teach them better
Great Video..I would recommend you to alot of young pitchers. Having pitched myself at this age in the Little League World Series I can relate to these young kids.. The only thing i noticed mechanically wise that these pitchers are lacking is correct push off, stride, and follow through. I noticed most of these pitchers are practically throwing with their knees locked out.

Excellent tutorial for Little League coaches and parents who do not want confusing ambiguous techniques.
