So good to know the many perspectives on divorce. That is why the word tells us to pray without ceasing, to fast, and also know the word for yourself. pastors need to be prosecuted under the rule of national law IF a pastor encourages a woman to stay in an abusive, tormenting marriage and if the wife (or husband) ends up dead or manslaughter or attempted manslaughter then pastors MUST BE HELD RESPONSABLE AS AN ACCOMPLICE TO MURDER, MANSLAUGHTER OR ATTEMPTED HOMICIDE since they use their intellectual power to tell a married person to stay in pain, hurt and torment.

@MACwishin2 Hi. Yeah unfortunately if you married someone else you have committed adultry. Took me a while to piece it together too. So if you are on your second husband and your first husband is not dead you are living in sin. That is how it is. If you divorce your second husband you can get out of that sin. You can't get married to anyone else though. You can get married to your first husband though. That is the law of the Lord. Sorry. Everyone can't accept.

Im sure you are referring to Deuteronomy 24. If you need to, watch part 2 again. He was showing what the law stated under the old covenant when it comes to remarriage. Some aspects of the law were mortified when Christ came. Now it is lawful for a husband and wife to be reconciled to one another as he explains in part 4 when he went over Romans 7:10-11. Your son will be fine as long as he obeys God's word as it is written also. No law preventing your son from uniting with your husband.
