things like lickitung and onix that only evolve once and have oretty high stats never seemed very litte cup-y to me. but things like meowth i have no problem with cus their stats fit that range more. are there any stat limitations of little cp or only that it has to evolve at least once? cus mantyke handles OU and cranidos is the glass canon from hell (i do know you can only use moves from lv 5 and under though)
