IMO Mustaine is a terrible singer. Although Megadeth IS Mustain basically .....But IMO ,His voice has always been Megadeths weak point. just my opinion. im talking thru the 80s & 90s mostly,not so much anymore because James voice is weak now.

I think Metallica and Megadeth are the best bands that have come out of music... ever. Amazing live and studio musicians. I don't think I'm really a Metal head, I'm more Hard Rock and 90's rock but, all of Megadeths and Metallica's albums have always been my favorites. I think that all of there albums are better than other bands albums. Even their not so popular: Load, Reload, St. Anger/ Cryptic Writings, Risk The World Needs a Hero are better than ALL newer bands albums.
This was an unforgettable concert for those who attended him, I still had 1 year old and yes, I would have liked to be there, the good thing is they came here to my country to play in January, was the best day of my life. Long live Metallica.

Whoever thinks that The Four Horsemen came before Mechanix is a Dumbass! Kirk played a lot Mustaine's solo only Kirk can't shred like Mustaine. I like the horsemen version better but Dave's solo is better. Not true mate, the original version was The Mechanix, when Dave left James changed the lyrics and re-named it the Four Horsemen. Dave put the original Mechanix on Megadeth's first album if i remember correctly. There is a video on youtube somewhere where they play the Mechanix with Dave before he was kicked out.

@TBoneMontana Jason wasn't a bad bass player, he was just limited. That bass line was written by Cliff who used fingers rather than a pick, as using a pick for bass is not traditional, whereas Rob, just as Cliff did, uses his fingers which as a bass player myself I find better to watch because he has taken the time to learn the proper skill rather than playing with a pick which in my mind is slightly lazier. Theres nothing wrong with Jason, its fast its hard I understand, I just prefer Rob.
haha that was the most stupid thing I ever heard. I also play bass and I use both pick and fingers depending on what i'm playing. Well if you use a pick you get a better rythm on tracks like this. a constant flow. Just listen too some studio recordings of Cliff, Rob and Jason, you will hear that Jason's is always flooting along and sounds smoother just because he uses a pick.

All Mustaine did was to take ''the mechanix'' for the first Megadeth album since the one left in Metallica got renamed as the vid you see here. Not true mate, the original version was The Mechanix, when Dave left James changed the lyrics and re-named it the Four Horsemen. Dave put the original Mechanix on Megadeth's first album if i remember correctly. There is a video on youtube somewhere where they play the Mechanix with Dave before he was kicked out.

megadeth are a good band with alot of great songs that doesnt mean you have to enjoy them
but they are still great songs
mustaine is def more skilled than hammett but i dont like mustaines writing style
so therefore i enjoy hammett more
so before u make bias comments like that know your facts and actually listen to both bands first

I hate when poeple say Jason was a bad bassist and that Rob is much better. Just listen to the fuckin' bassline in the chorus its fuckin' great. Jason was the best and he could sing too.

@TBoneMontana Jason wasn't a bad bass player, he was just limited. That bass line was written by Cliff who used fingers rather than a pick, as using a pick for bass is not traditional, whereas Rob, just as Cliff did, uses his fingers which as a bass player myself I find better to watch because he has taken the time to learn the proper skill rather than playing with a pick which in my mind is slightly lazier. Theres nothing wrong with Jason, its fast its hard I understand, I just prefer Rob.

haha that was the most stupid thing I ever heard. I also play bass and I use both pick and fingers depending on what i'm playing. Well if you use a pick you get a better rythm on tracks like this. a constant flow. Just listen too some studio recordings of Cliff, Rob and Jason, you will hear that Jason's is always flooting along and sounds smoother just because he uses a pick.

@TBoneMontana Yes, thats true, like I said, when it's hard and fast like this I can understand using a pick, I just prefer traditional methods, and I think that Rob is skilled to be able to play how he does this fast without using a pick. I also believe Rob is just as smooth a bass player as Jason, that's just my opinion, and i respect yours because yeah Jason while using a pick was smooth, I just think Rob is skilled to be able to play the way he does.
