Absolutely! nutrition and exercise go hand to hand! But one thing i learn is the best way to lose way is to eat right! You can exercise a lot but if you don't eat right, you're not going to get results! But if u eat right, even if you don't exercise you get better results! Ofcourse if you do both,

the results are phenomenol!

I just think that people that want to lose weight should definitely exercice and not to rely only on proper nutrition, only eating right and not exercicing is not really a diet as l see it, it's more of a good life-lasting habbit. A person should be able to eat right no matter if he/she needs to lose some weight now or not.

that was for the Australia show. They were referring to them being in Australia for three months, so they most likely stayed at the same hotel, either sharing a suite or adjacent rooms or something, so for that time they did "live together." but in LA they live in their own houses.
