I assume you probably know this but anything with L-1 next to it can be upgraded. That includes the boomerang which is sweet when it does get upgraded.

pretty much all of the needy people are all part of one big trading sequence, kind of like the one for the biggoron's sword. And you need the bracelet to lift the pots.
