Thank you. When I first started to do evps, I was naive and never protected myself. I learned the hard way ... and paid the price. Now, I say a pray before and after and carry my holy water with me all the time. I appreciate you making this video.
I'll also throw in there that even if you protect yourself while you are awake, they will wait and attack you while you sleep. So it is a good idea to make the same prayer before bed each night. I do it every night now, but it's particularly important around the time that you interact with the other side. Thanks for putting this out there, I think alot more people need to be aware :)
