What's racist about the mask? It's just making a political statement that if you are white in Arizona you will not be harassed like you would if you happen to look Mexican. It's a compliment to white people and an offense to those racists who don't like colored people. People of color don't want to be harassed anymore because of the color of their skin, so the mask is to disguise their skin color. Gringo is not an offensive word. It just means a person with blond hair and colored eyes.

@budda10000 No, I won't shove it. So long as there is no racist connotation behind it I would not see a problem with a mask of a black person. You can't change language. You can only take it as either offensive or constructive. I see nothing wrong with people wanting to look white so as to not be racially profiled asides from the fact there is a reason for people to actually want to do that. This mask is a compliment to white people and a political statement from people of color.

I'm offended by this, but because I'm White, I'm no allowed to be offended. What a double standard we have in this country. If I'm offended, than I'm called a racist. I consider this offensive and a racist act. I'm caucasion and tired of the double standards. It is possible for people of other skin colors to be just as racist as any white person. I do not understand how the color of thier skin automatically makes it ok to mock anyone. In my opinion the Hispanic Advertising Agency just proved themselves to be racist in their advertising.
