  • I love Abraham Hicks and the emotional guidance scale. As I watched this and you were talking about it I said to myself you can't go from anger to happiness in one fell swoop. It's too big if a jump. And then you mentioned Abraham. I think they are so right. Think of a thought that just feels a little bit better, a little bit better. A little bit better until you hit happy! It may take some time. May not happen in a day depending on your circumstances but it will happen. Indeed!

  • If, I understand this, you allow yourself to feel the emotion at that moment without thinking that you should be feeling something "positive" or what have you. Because that switch suppresses the original emotion. Sort of like being angry and exploding because of that anger. But once you have exploded, you feel a release from that moment of anger. You begin to resolve whatever made you angry. It becomes a tool to help you grow. Great Video KD.
