So you have the evo 8 motor, did you use the evo 8 ecu also? and just curious why did you not change the tranny? if you can post more details about the swap i would appreciate it. I am about to do the same. I am looking for the motor now. I read we will see about 275whp out of it. Is that about what you got:?

You mean the head is off of an Evo? Or you actually swapped a complete 4g63 motor into the car? If it's just a head swap, it's still a 4g64 with a 4g63 head. 4g64 is a 2.4 liter, 4g63 is a 2.0
is that a 4g93 DOHC?

The motor is a 2003 evo viii fully built and the tranny is a stock galant transmission fully built and I use Amzoil fluid
